Returns & Refunds

At BechShop, most products are made to order through our trusted production partners. We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we handle returns, refunds and product issues in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

EU/EEA Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union and EEA generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at bech@bechshop.online within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not return products directly to our production partners unless instructed to do so.

After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Products may be inspected in the same way as they would be in a physical store. If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in the refund may apply where permitted by law.

Clearly personalized or custom-made products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, has a manufacturing error, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at bech@bechshop.online and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Customers are not required to pay return shipping for defective or incorrect products. Please do not return a damaged or defective product unless specifically requested by BechShop.

Wrong Size, Color or Change of Mind

For customers outside regions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection or for a change of mind, as our products are made to order. Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may wait until the returned goods have been received, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
